Roll & Show is a hosted platform for running judged events. Take pre-registrations online, check entrants in on event day, run the voting, and publish results — from one place. Built first for car shows. Adapts to most other judged events.

Pre-event registration
Public registration form, confirmation emails, an entrant list you can search and edit. Open or close registration with a switch.
Day-of check-in
Mark entrants paid, auto-assign their vehicle number, print windshield cards. Add walk-ups in seconds or let entrants self-register at the kiosk.
Voting
Generate printable ballots with QR codes. Voters scan and vote online, or fill out a paper ballot and staff enters it.
Results & awards
Live class standings, Best in Show, judge-assigned manual awards, trophy photos, and a published public results page.
Photos & sponsors
Upload event photos for a public gallery. Showcase sponsors with tier badges, link them to specific classes or awards, and toggle visibility across the home page, ballots, and results.

Built for shows that judge by category
The system was designed around car shows because that’s where the moving parts are hardest. The same engine runs other events that follow the same shape — entries in classes, votes per class, an overall winner.
Straight talk about what it needs
We’d rather set expectations honestly up front than surprise anyone on event day.
Roll & Show is a hosted service. Staff need internet anywhere they’re checking entrants in, entering paper ballots, or pulling up results. Voters need internet to vote online or scan a QR code. Paper ballots are still paper when voters fill them out, but staff enter them into the system online.
Roll & Show counts ballots and tracks judge-assigned awards. It doesn’t replace formal numeric judging sheets where multiple judges score each vehicle on point criteria. If that’s your format, get in touch — we can talk about whether it’s a fit.
You collect entry fees your way — cash, Square, Venmo, PayPal, whatever works. Roll & Show just tracks who’s paid.
